Betsey’s recent work uses web technology, online simulations and webinar instructional design to provide powerful, experiential learning as well as ongoing leadership development and project management in remote environments. Melding experiential technology with online and virtual environments adds a cutting edge dimension to her consulting and training engagements.

A gifted facilitator, Betsey is much in demand for teambuilding and leadership development. She is considered a leader in experiential technology and serves on the Board of Directors of the Experiential Training and Development Alliance, a professional member organization dedicated to furthering best practices in corporate training and development.
