Performance Measures

We use assessments in many ways at P4. We might conduct a baseline team assessment or survey so that the senior leadership team with which we are consulting can make an informed decision on what areas they would like to evolve. We often provide individual assessments for participants in our leadership and individual development courses so that they can understand their strengths or grasp the impact that they have on others.

We like to connect our work to measurable outcomes for our clients, and offer the option of a wide variety of proven, applicable assessment instruments. We are certified in and use the following assessments to quantify success and turn nebulous, subjective “proof” into hard evidence.
