Her innate ability to build confidence and competence in others provides a catalyst in their work. Ellen’s lifelong fascination with people and the amazing outcomes created by teams has led her to work on five different continents.

Her experience ranges from mediating public policy meetings to promoting international peace and friendship through cultural exchanges. She has designed and taught skill-based courses in canoeing and kayaking as well as developed and facilitated multi-year leadership development curriculum for international teams. Ellen is known for her ability to engage stakeholders and to lead them through a planning process to successful operational execution.

For 10 years Ellen concentrated on developing high-performance management teams for the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. She has a toolbox full of proven operational planning and leadership development tools, although she will report that her greatest strength is her ability to see the potential in people. She specializes in developing systems that allow the individual employees and the team to use their strengths.
